Our Booking PolicyA deposit is required to secure your permanent jewellery booking. It’s non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules made within 12 hours.

Please note that a 40 min slot is inclusive of a choice of chain and charms and/or spring clasp. Chains and charms are subject to availability and no reservations are allowed. If you’re looking at getting 2 bracelets or more (whether it’s for you or if you’re coming with a friend), please book 2 x 1 pax slots.

In the event that you’re not able to make your appointment, please drop us an email at hello@justinejewellery.com at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. No shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Lastly, all of our permanent jewellery is set in 14K solid gold. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please reach out to us via email prior to making your appointment.
